Spine Coil

A MRI of the spine, at any level, is commonly used to assess disk herniations, narrowing of the spinal canal (spinal stenosis), nerves/nerve roots, spinal ligaments, and bony lesions of the vertebrae.  Common symptoms that may constitute a MRI of the spine are neck, back, arm, hip and/or leg pain.

A MRA of the neck is a noninvasive and painless way of visualizing the carotid arteries to assess narrowing or obstructions.
